One of the founding employees of Incom in 1989, David advanced through the ranks of the sales team to become sales director, then spearheaded a management buyout in 2004 alongside business partner, Jason Kilvert. As group CEO, David has been fundamental in the significant growth of the company, securing many prestigious national contracts, driving acquisitions and attracting top industry talent to join the UK’s best communications team, now approaching 100 members.
Strong customer service, a healthy work/life balance and the welfare of his colleagues are his key motivators.
Jason has over 25 years’ industry experience, joining Incom as a storesman and working in purchasing, before progressing through the engineering side of the business to technical director. Following the MBO in 2004, his breadth of knowledge and insight proved invaluable as he and David honed the company, increasing profits and turnover. Jason has overseen the development of the service department during a period of impressive organic growth and the integration of multiple acquisitions. This department remains his key focus, as he builds a talented team and develops systems to continually improve customer experience.
Ian looks after the day to day and strategic financial affairs of the Incom-CNS Group. Having completed a BA Honours degree in accountancy and qualified as a business finance professional and chartered accountant, Ian was director of a large north west accountancy firm before joining Incom in 2014 to lead the growing finance team.
One of Ian’s many claims to fame is that, as a trainee chartered accountant, one of his jobs every month was to write up Rick Astley’s cash book and reconcile his bank statements!
Grant has 25 years’ industry experience and, since joining Incom in 2000, has been responsible for securing many large customer contracts, including Northern Powergrid, Royal Air Force Museum and The Range Superstores.
As group sales director, Grant heads up a team of business development managers, working on large scale and complex solutions for nationwide customers across all sectors. Grant uses his in-depth solutions knowledge to help customers improve productivity and profitability from their investment in communications technology.
Aiden started his career in 1998 as a cabling and telecoms apprentice and quickly progressed to a senior engineering role, contracting for Mitel. In 2006, he launched Complete Network Services (CNS) with two co-directors.
As engineering director, Aiden is responsible for managing large scale installation projects. Applying his expertise to many sectors, Aiden has been particularly instrumental in the growth of the group's impressive reputation in the healthcare sector.
Dean has 20 years’ experience in the communications industry. Having started as an engineer, he advanced through the ranks of his employer to become technical director, before launching Incom Wales in 2018 with co-director, Ian England.
Dean’s background means he has both technical knowledge and hands-on, behind the scenes experience of delivering successful solutions. He believes strongly in excellent customer service and reputation, from solution architecture and design, to installation and maintenance.
Ian has over 22 years’ experience, having been a respected sales director of another business communications company before the launch of Incom Wales.
Ian’s primary focus is on building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that every solution is the right one for that specific customer. As an account manager, he makes sure his customers continue to receive best pricing and continued support as he backs up every solution with his excellent technical knowledge.
