Standing up for small business

This ethos to operate ethically in every element of our business is reflected in our recent sign up to the Prompt Payment Code, which is a Government scheme administered by the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). It sets standards for best payment practices, particularly from larger to smaller businesses, with the philosophy of the Code being to pay suppliers within agreed terms and give clear guidance to suppliers on terms, dispute resolution and prompt notification of late payment, as well as to support and encourage good practice throughout the supply chain.
