Mitel Completes Acquisition of ShoreTel
Multi award-winning, business communications specialist, the Incom-CNS Group, is set to become a Mitel ‘House of Excellence’ as Mitel completes its $500 million acquisition of ShoreTel this week.
The deal is one of the largest ever unified communications mergers. As a result, it positions Mitel as the second biggest, global UCaaS provider; inevitably accelerating the rate of development for cloud based innovations as the company further invests in the market.
