Join Our Team – Home-based Field Engineer
Due to continued success, there is now a requirement for an additional home-based Field Engineer to join our team. Therefore the successful candidate will have experience of ShoreTel and Mitel MiVoice 5000CP. Ideally they will be based in Berkshire or the surrounding areas.
With 28 years multi award-winning experience Incom is a well-established telecommunications reseller involved in the installation, maintenance and support of voice and data products across the UK. The company has an excellent portfolio of products and is a reseller on behalf of world-class telecom manufacturers such as ShoreTel and Mitel.
Responsibilities and attributes required:
The role will include covering London on a daily basis and the South of England. Consequently, travel out of this area may be required depending on business needs (which could involve UK wide travel and occasional nights staying away from home).
This is a mixed and varied role involving:
- Remote diagnostics
- Client support
ShoreTel and Mitel MiVoice 5000CP experience is essential. Additional experience and formal training / accreditation’s on these products would be desirable.
You must have strong communications skills and be well presented to be a successful candidate. You must also possess a flexible positive attitude and have good problem-solving skills.
