We can proudly announce that Incom recently achieved the latest level of BSI certification (FS 00448 ISO 9001:2008) following our annual visit from an external assessor. BSI certification not only ensures that we commit to best practice in our management systems, it also allows us to better measure performance and is a clear demonstration to our customers, partners and staff that excellence matters to everyone at Incom.
During each annual visit we are assessed on our performance in achieving the SLAs set out in our quality manual. The assessment looks at all departments across the business, from initial sales enquiry through to implementation of a solution; or from fault logging to resolution.
ISO 9001 is the most established and best recognised quality standard internationally and is currently utilised by over a million organisations worldwide. It outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance thereby helping all kinds of organisations to succeed through enhanced customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continued improvement.
