Incom-CNS Group branches out into South Wales
The Incom-CNS Group is enjoying further growth with the launch of Incom Wales. Headed up by industry stalwarts, Dean James and Ian England, the move comes on the back of another bumper year for the Group. During this year, they have been honoured yet again with industry award success and secured a £2.5million contract, the largest in the company’s 29 year history.
Who are Incom Wales
Born of a desire to build a Welsh market leader, the new team is based near the M4 corridor, between Cardiff and Swansea, ideally placed to support customers across the country. Incom Wales is part of a recent surge of investment and regeneration in the South Wales area and Local Council support has been welcomed in helping the team secure town centre office space, with room to grow.
Group CEO David Hughes states, “South Wales is seen as a significant growth area for the Group and partnering with the right people to head up this venture was paramount. Dean and Ian are highly respected businessmen and we share a common focus on customer care and satisfaction. Their local presence alongside the backing of the nationwide group will enable us to build upon our already substantial, loyal Welsh customer base, which includes Anglesey County Council and Coleg Menai.”
With combined industry experience of nearly 50 years, the Incom Wales joint managing directors are passionate about the venture. Dean James, comments, “Ian and I have worked in this sector, in and around South Wales for decades now and great customer service is our driving force. We wanted to provide local businesses with an experienced but personable approach to telecoms and IT.”
