Festive office hours
The Incom-CNS offices will be closed during the festive holidays on the following days:
- Monday 27th December
- Tuesday 28th December
- Monday 3rd January
Out-of-hours support will be in place as normal for customers who have out-of-hours support contracts, meaning you will be able to raise any urgent faults in the usual manner, via the Service Desk number – 0161 788 4400.
To continue to offer support to all our customers over the festive period, we will also be operating a skeleton staff during normal business hours, on the following days:
- Wednesday 29th December
- Thursday 30th December
- Friday 31st December
Our staffing levels and opening hours will return to normal on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
