With 6 locations nationwide and more than 2,000 end points, Chubb were burdened with multi-vendor, multi-service legacy systems which were costly and inefficient.
Incom-CNS designed and delivered a multi-site, Mitel MiVoice Business and MiContact Centre hybrid private Cloud UC solution to rationalise services. This also included migration to SIP trunks across the whole estate and a revolutionary self-service call handling solution to enhance customer experience and prioritise vulnerable callers.
